121 LIGATURES IN THE QUR'AN By Saieda Mohammad Eisa Abumatar Supervisor Dr. Fawz Sohail Nazzal,prof ABSTRACT This study deals with the meaning of the letters in language and also idiomatic , then it explains the meaning of ligatures before and after the structure and the effects of the structure in terms of affecting and ignorance in the shape of description and analysis . The first chapter of the study deals with ligatures with ( ) like : ( ) . In the second chapter , it deals with ligatures with ( ) like ( ) . The last part , it studies the letters that combined with others but not ( ) and ( ) like ( ) . It projects these letters in some of the Quran contexts and demonstrates the meaning of them and how these meaning change from one verse to another as what mentioned in Ai-Quran .

122 The study concluded for many results . The structure effects on letters according to the meaning , so it adds some other meaning , verifys , or changes the meaning of it . According to affecting and ignorance , it vacates the previous work of it or it add another work (or make it active after it was neglected ) . According to the type , the structure changes the letters from being nominal to literal (or contrarily ) . Also , the study shows some opinions of ancients scientists on the issue of the letters composition and the effect of structure on them .
