The Impact of the Science of Recitation of Correcting the Pronunciation Ahmad Al-Qudah Abstract This research aims at showing the impact of recitation on correct ing the pronunciation and improving expression, through its close relationship with sciences of the Holy Qur'an on the one hand, and its relationship with the Arabic language, in pa rticular with Arabic phonetics, on the other hand. The research concentrates on two essential points: a. The ranks of reading. b. The rules of the science of recitation. The research shows the influence of these two points on correcting the pronunciation and improving expression. It, also, emphasizes the interest of the scientists of recitation in all aspects of this science, theoretically and practically, and their care for the details and accuracy to confirm achieving the aim of the performance of the correct pronunciation and right expression.
