ب٢ Abstract Title : The meanings of color in Al- Qur'an as pathetic f or artistic expression in the digital art .٢٢ The Name of the Researcher: Saba Mohammed Radin Suleiman Samadani. Research Objectives: The aims of research are as following: - It recognizes the concept of color and its specific ations. In addition, it views the relationships of the different colors and its impor tance in the artistic expression in general. - It identifies the colors that are mentioned in Al- Qur’an, and concludes their implications. - It concentrates also on the concept of artistic exp ression and its importance, and the impact of it on the concept of the receiver. - It highlights on the importance of the visual perce ption and its importance in the artistic expression. - An emphasise on the digital art field, trends and prospectors. Research Methodology: The researcher used a survey based on the conten analysis of. This analysis is based on limiting th e colors in Al- Qur’an and identifying the implications to recognize their impact on artistic expression. Findings: The researcher finds out many outcomes, however the most important results are as the following: - The care of Al- Qur’an about the colors, not merely as a decoration, but because they are part of the formation of the Arab conscience. - The number of colors, which are mentioned in Al- Qu r’an is twenty-six colors and they are distributed among twenty-three Soorah. - Al- Qur’an mentions six colors: red, yellow, blue, green, black and white. The most common one is the white color and the blue is the least common. - The colors are not meant only as decorations but al so they can be considered as an educational role, which draws the attention of A l- Qur’an listener as well as drawing the attention of the mediator and prudentia l in God's creatures and the universe around us. - The reflection in the relations of colors and colors’ signs in Al- Qur’an opens the door for creativity and innovation, which expands the perceptions of the artist. - Deepening the relation between human beings and scientists with our God. This comes as a result for the deep consideration for th e colors, which can be found in different creatures in the universe. This comes by sensing the ability of the Creator and believing that only His Majesty can be the source of the nature and the human being. Research Recommendations: the most important ones consist of the following: - Take advantage from the element of color, which men tioned in Al- Qur’an for the production of art that can be described as creativity and innovation. - Need to focus on the study of design of nature. - There are need for studies, which concerned with co lor in Al- Qur’an and in the Prophet’s way to emphasize on the knowledge of colo r words and implications of social, psychological, color words and their imp lications in cultural heritage and popular.
