Summary This research aims at studying the nature of the st ylistic system of the Meccain suras, within the Qura`nic speech, as a unique speech in which the first stage of the Islamic call are magnified, hence the Meccain sura followed

a dynamic system to represent its stylistic nature that dominates its march towards its aims, so it goes beyond the partial sty listic scope on which the modern critical methods interested a larger scopes such as that of the textual style of the whole sura and that have made it the center, on the level of structure and of content, so the stylistic syste m became dominating by controlling the movement of the elements that form the sura in a dynamic method that secures it cohesion towards a certain aim. This involve depending on a scientific method links between description and analysis to reach the stage of interpretation and justification. Since that the dominating stylistic system is of a total comprehensive feature, the researcher has to take his applied too ls mostly from the field of text and speech analysis, hence the references are that of the speech linguistics and text as well as some of the analyti c tools that the researcher takes from the methods of the modern literary criti cism and ancient Arabic rhetoric. According to this methodological march the thesis has been divided into a preface four chapter and a conclusion. The preface shows the limits of the te rms that are recited in the thesis title. In the first chapter, the researcher accounts the stylistic systems dominating the Qur`anic Meccain sura. The second ch apter deals with the thesis applied study which starts with studying the effect of the dominating stylistic systems on the structure of the Qur`anic sura. The third chapter devoted to the pragmatic functions of the dominating stylistic systems while the fourth chapter reveals the aims of producer`s e ffects on the changes of the dominating stylistic systems. The researcher obtained a set of results that might be summarized in the following:-

1-The researcher found that the dominating stylisti c system is an expressional feature appears in each sura in a new shape according to the nature of the issue that is exhibited in the sura. 2-One of the features of the stylistic system domi nating the Meccain sura is that it is inseparable with the similarity and gradualism . 3-The researcher found that the Meccain sura mostly predominated by more than one dominating stylistic system, work to form the greatest speech issue in the text and develop its purposes. 4-The researcher found that the dominating stylisti c system, in the Meccain speech, has pragmatic functions of three types :- r easoning function, achieving function and aesthetic function. 5-The researcher found that the dominating stylisti c system represents a clear appearance of the Meccain sura subject and th ere is another appearance which is characterized with ambiguity ai ms to deal with the receiver.
