الدراسة التحليلية لمقاصد وأهداف الحزب التاسع عشر من القرآن الكريم

-ِّّ- ABSTRACT This research contains the analysis study and means and objectives for Part ( ) in the Holy Quran in Sorat Al-Anfal " - " and Sorat Al-Tawba " - ". The research covers ( ) main topics such as introduction, body and ( ) chapters discussion in the body part talke d about the knowledgabe means and what is beyond having an analysis study intending and constrating to show the exact full meaning for Sorat Al-Anfal and Sorat Al-Tawba. The first part covered the right roll and legetemat legislation on what is accepted to have when there is agained benefit of valuable things and items gotten by war taken will it will be destrebuted. The chapter of pretending that he/she supporting a moslem grou p and in fact not. Of course it is very dangerous in the moslem world and soci ety which will lead to destroy the relationship between people in moslem society against none moslem one. Also showed how can people again from relatives by accepted legetemat roll in the same family. The second part talked about how to be with or agains t a m oslem groub in Islam. Also talked about the importance of holly Islamic places such as the holly mosque witch is known as Al -Aqsa mosque where it has a spiriful feeling due to most profits have landed on it and our profit Mohammad walked from his mosq ue in Al - Medina at Saudi Arabia to Al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem. The research has worn people leaning and linking un -accepted life interest by showing a big layied back a part form the moslem group which is known as "Al - monafkeen". The research went throu gh honin famous war and how it endeed by writing down the final relationship agreement between moslems and non moslems; who have considered that their own holly book like Jewish and Cristians. Also the research went through the famous Moata and Tabook war by showing the big vectory which will be achieved when freeing the aqupied land from non moslem aqupant who have a bad believes and mission. The research ended by giving important conclusions and recommendations.
